Anthony Molteno Scholarship Application

Established in December, 2009 this scholarship is awarded on a yearly basis to a maximum of $10,000. Preference will be given to study within the University of Otago such as a Masters of Ophthalmology and a PhD.
The successful applicant would be expected to present the project at the annual RANZCO Conference. Applications should be made online by May 30th. It is expected the successful applicant would be notified by the end of July each year.
Criteria
A completed submission for presentation at a RANZCO meeting requires the following format:

One page containing full name, qualifications, supervisor, site of research, projected duration of research. One page containing outline of research project. One page containing ethics committee approval. One page containing a budget. One page containing a disclosure of other forms or funding for this project. One page containing anticipated impact of funds for this project. Two pages containing a curriculum vitae.
